It's all a bit of an experiment really, it's gonna be interesting to see how it lasts. I have a feeling it'll last well stuck over the burly because the burly provides a lot of toughness, ding resistance etc, unless of course I get into the habit of landing the Moth on tarmac or rock - I'm pretty sure that would trash the vinyl very quickly. However when it comes to the vinyl on the fuse I have a feeling it'll turn crappy real fast, unlike Profilm it has very little strength and the fuse is already being held together by strapping tape....
Seriously regarding composite construction I'm the last person you should ask for advice! I hope that won't be the case for too much longer.

cool as mate i am looking forward to hearing how the vinly holds up on the burly hopefully it doesn't fatigue and fracture like it does over foam.....let me know how it goes looking at your elevons i think you underestimate yourself lol-thinking if i tried it would look like someone did a brilliant,professional,perfect job...............................then bashed it with a hammer ;D
