Been thinking about designing T Shirts for a while (as you know I like designing stuff), and found a site that I'm giving a go www.zazzle.com/. With this site there is no minimum order which is great. I can also create a profile so if anyone wants to order one of my designs they can do so from the site. In return I receive 10% from the purchase ($2-$3, not going to get rich . I got some hats done awhile ago and have a few left from that order. However with this new method I can create designs for myself and if no one shows any interest in buying I’m not left with any excess stock, basically 'create on demand'. After I've created a design and saved it on their site I don't need to do anything. They receive the order, produce and ship. Below are some of the designs that I've been playing around with. I've ordered one of the 'Slope Gliding - experience the lift' t-shirts. I'll let you know the results eg quality and durability, but from what I can see it should be good. Black is more expensive but white is about A$40 (including postage) which isn't bad for a one off custom design shipped from the US. Gerard

As the rain falls and no hope for a afternoon fly I've occupied my time by stuffing around with some more concepts. Inspired by a photo I took of Andrews plane (I think) DS at the camel hump, Bald knob. I plan to modify it to be a normal sloping shirt as well. Gerard

I've added the designs that I've been working onto the Windsock website: www.windsock.net.au/merchandise.htmlAs I said before, no problems if nobody buys anything as it didn't cost anything to setup. I'll let you know when I receive my first shirt. Gerard

Gerard I love that graphic - yes it's my Wizard Compact BPV. I'm not one for buying T-shirts but with that image I may have to get one ...

Thanks. Looks good as the banner image. I'm looking forward for my first shirt to arrive. Once it arrives and I'm happy with everything I'll order a one with the Wizard on it.
