Shane, yes, Jaycar sells flat ribbon IDE cable which has really thin light wires. I initially found it when looking for aerial wire, but have since used it for harnesses.Very good quality wire (stainless multistrand) and you just strip out the colour you want. Very cheap , so many colours you could use different ones for each channel! The wires we use are far, far in excess of what's needed for the current drain in gliders. These are great wires.

Wow! You've reached new levels of shininess on that fuse! Love the uni on the inside! Lipped canopy opening looks great too. Do you have any pics of the fuse mated to a boom? How about a bench flight shot?
