Your Wasp has turned out great Jordan. I have flown the pants off my Wasp (which is the original one) and there is no sine of any slop in the control rod connectors, I have striped a servo and cracked an elevon, and they are still as tight as the day I put them on. Glenn ps. You can get the Wasp from www.offtheedge.com.au

Perhaps the trick is in having a perfect fit of the hole in the horn. Verrry snug, no slack, but able to turn in the hole.

Good morning guys!, We finally got some decent wind (20kts SE) and I maidened this little beastie yesterday afternoon ;D ;D ;D It was absolutely awesome! Probably the best fun I've ever had on the slope. This little plane is very fast and agile. The roll rate is insane. Inverted flight was a piece of cake, it didn't require any down elev to keep it level. I'd never tried outside loops with any glider before but after a few minutes with the Wasp I felt comfortable enough to give it a try. It did them very easily. I'm already itching to fly it again. The wind has died off again today This is the first 'straight winged' style flying wing I've ever flown and I'm very impressed with it's speed and handling. Is this typical of this style of glider? If so, I would love something larger (48"-60") for some of the bigger slopes back in NZ. Any recommendations? BTW I didn't have any problems with slop in the control rods. Think I'm gonna put a drop of CA on the EZ connectors just in case they decide to work themselves loose. And I'll drag my girlfriend along next time so I can get some video and pics. Regards, Jordan PS- I flew on Mt Arawang which is south of the city centre. It's a really nice site. Has a large landing area with only a few trees and rocks to dodge. It about a 10 min climb to the top.

Nice work Jordan, yes I was also impressed with mine when I first flew it, there so quick for a little plane. Just need to finish my second one now.
As for larger options, as an all rounder I'm really happy with the Moth from NCFM, the Skua's also seem to fly well, or you could step up to a Reaper for full on speed!!!
Happy slopeing!
