Remember last year we had a SC BBQ about this time? Well I thought the weekend before chrissie is upon us. Does anyone have Saturday (pref) or Sunday arvo/ night free? Thoughts? Day. - This Sat (20th)
- This Sun(21st)
- Another day?
Format- BBQ on slope as per last year
- Fish and chips dinner.
- Something else?
Obviously if it doesn't work out then so be it. Any interest or thoughts?

Sounds like fun . Would love to come along but we're going away for Christmas so won't be able to make it. The Maleny club is having its Christmas do on the Sunday, could be a problem for a few people if they want to attend both.

Ok, let's lock it in. Saturday night it is. Also, there is a wood BBQ at "Death Corner" so people can bring snags if they want, or go and get Fish and Chips. It might be worth throwing in a chair.
I'll throw in my lights to give us some light in the takeoff area.

Sounds good, I'll be there with my glow sticks. Haven't had a good night fly for awhile.

Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent, just in case. I'll try and get along - see if my old Bee has any life in it after a long pause.

I'm not too sure. I bought some from Windrider but I don't know how good they are. Generally the cheap ones aren't so bright... and you need everything going for you...
Try and get some long ones as they help you maintain attitude.
