Hi all, Had my second DS experience the other arvo up at power lines at ST Helena. This time I can actually do and keep the circles going. WOW I can see how this could get addictive. The moth was first to go up. The wind was about 20 to 25 knots. very turbulent, but the was fairly smooth. Next was the newly modified m60,which has been cut down to 54" Plus 2 golf spars added for strength auw for this puppy is 1.6kgs give or take. This thing is smooth and fast wish I had a radar gun or a camera. Even the turbulence didn't affect it much. I am having a little trouble with it's tale snapping off from the back of the wing on some landings . Got some new tale designs now. Did have some bad luck with the mini JW crashed . I always seem to find objects Like steel posts, Hit it and snapped the fuse clean in half. Not a problem all fixed now. All in all had some great fun . Can't wait till next time. I can get use to this.
