do you have a half rates button on your transmitter? if not you can manually change the rates by putting the push rods closer toward the center on the control arm on the servo... hope this helped

actually combatnoosa. i think you move them further out.. 1cm throw moves more closer to the servo than further away.... well thats what the model club people up here told me. what i mean by throws is instead of having the ailerons move up 10mm. make them move 5mm. this is a lot easier with a 1/2 decent computer radio. go onto youtube and look up my videos www.youtube.com/user/FuddyRulz i'm sure i have some footage there of the Queen Bee at SC. as well as other users planes from this site.

Hi, just to let you know, there is such a thing as a Zagi THL. I own one and love it. It,s EPP leading edge with Styro main. I installed 3XImm carbon upper and lower at the join between the EPP and Styro. Also put a thin walled carbon tube at the CG.About 10mm Dia. This takes No.3 barrel sinkers and changes the wing from a light slope/thermal to comparable with a slope zagi. Have recently installed an electric pod that's easily removable. I love this plane as it's so versatile:- Thermal/light slope, normal to heavy slope or velcro the power pod on and fly at the local oval. A real pussy with power. I have a Zagi Razer (30inch span) that is ballistic with this power pod. If I were travelling and could only take one plane out of the hanger with me, it'd be this one. Save your money and use your 36meg gear. It works fine. I'm even using 29meg in a slopey

Jase, ive seen some in the US that want $300 AUD PLUS shipping...Stupid...its only a foam wing for goodness sake, then ive got to build it LOL...
Chris,im worried by using a 36MHz radio in our travels because not knowing the area i could well be interrferring with a club somewhere close by. But 2 Ghz the range shouldnt be too much of a worry.
but in the meantime im going with the Radian "RTF [literally]". All foam and a little bit bouncy,it should suit my needs very well..
cheers.. Rod

Just checked out the "trick rc" site and see they've re-released the Zagi THL, now all EPP with a bit of carbon. Like I said, if I could only take one plane, this would be it. I think the cost was $55.90 USD.
As far as radio goes, I always switch on my receiver and hold the plane high. If no-one else is controlling it then you're good to go. Pity a few more people on my slope wouldn't do the same.
