Well, after watching the PIKE PERFECTS drift away with thermal at Armidale this year, I bit the bullet and ordered one. It has finally arrived. This is the carbon extreme version, that will take a full-on winch launch. I haven't got the weights of panels yet, but they aren't feather weight by any means. This won't matter though, as it will be around the same flying weight as my europhia when fitted out (2.4kg), but has 400mm extra span and bucket loads more surface area. Can't wait to start digging it's nose into the ground Dale P.S how do you add photos here?

Before anyone comments on the orange canopy, this was supposed to be naked carbon, Samba have got the correct one on the way to me free of charge...very good people. The fuse also has a 'bend in it', I'd better break it and reset it straight I think

It looks truly beautiful Dale.
Can you resize your photos so they're no bigger than 850 pixels wide? They take a long time to download and they overflow off the screen which makes the text hard to read too.
Ta! Andrew

They look very nice Brian.
Great landing too, the way you landed the 2nd right on top of the 1st. You are an amazing flyer. Eight inches further and you would have punched the nose right thru that wing.

Yeh it wasn't bad. I find using the two transmitters to fly them keeps my hands pretty busy though. A bit hard to do when they get too far apart though. ;D

I did both at the same time. Actual build time was over 3.5 days approx 20 hours for both.
To get one in the air and flying took about 20seconds. Pick it up, attach to chute, step on pedal to tension line and let go!
And no you can't have one of the twins. It has blown my hobby budget utterly, so I can't even by a servo horn for the next 2 years.
They are a lot brighter yellow than the image shows.
