Well after watching my neice paly soccer at Samford went for a drive to try and get he kids to have a sleep we ended going up along Mt Mee rd and I remembered that the flying site at Pedwell rd was good for S SE winds. Well my wife was taken away with te veiw and the wind was coming straight up the hill so I launched the bee and well it was the best bit of flying I have ever done. the lift was spectacular an room to move and get out of trouble. Had a fly of my brat and was just amazed with how well the site is to fly at. It was only a short 20 minute flight as I was cold and knew we had to get the kids home. Will definitly be going back and spending alot more time up there

That's great news. Was the guy with the tent still camped at the house site below?

Was there a house down below. to busy with getting a plane up in the air and watching it zip across the sky to look at the country side.

it is truelly amazing site Mt Mee. i love it so much but dont go down cause you wont find it unless you have a lost model alarm in your plane...$20 for a lost model alarm is worth it considering to replace the plane will cost $200 and upwards. Trust me i know
