;D Another gr8 day at Mt Mee with Nick and Garth. We flew from about 1pm till 5pm in lift that varied from light to fair. Was able to have several flights with my Pike Superior, Starling Pro, Slope Ninja and Slope Monkey...all home in one piece and dozens of landing practices. Garth flew his Starling and Albatross, maxing out with both and some pin-point landings. Nick flew his Duck for a bit, but lots of time on his Spirit built-up. A really top day in fun conditions.

my only regret about Mt Mee.... I've never been fortunate enough to fly there in 20kt winds. I think it would be a day to remember for a long time.

I flew there today in something a little bigger, at altitudes around 3500ft and around 110knots... From the top you can see many places which you can fly off from Mt Mee, but they are all on private property i think...
Theres even a real good DS spot out there somewhere, i think it may be called Mt Brisbane or something like that...
Abdullah, Always on the look for that perfect DS spot...

Hey Abdullah, Good to know you are searching from the air. A few of us have dreamed about doing this. Any chance of showing us this spot on Google earth? There is a Mt Brisbane, out near Esk. Is this the one. I met a guy the other week that reckons he caretakes 30000acres around Mt Brisbane. Might have to do a trip..... Eric

Hey Eric, i saw this place a while ago. It looked perfect with the bold top on both sides of the mountain.
The only problem is, its really hard putting a name on a mountain when its amongst many others. I think its mount Brisbane because it seemed that way from up there when i cross referenced it to one of my maps. I remember that day trying to find it on google earth and Mt Brisbane didn't look anything like the real one of G-earth.

Best way is what you are doing, flying over. It gives us hope. The fact that you saw a big, pointy, bald mountain is encouraging. Maybe you will see it again one day. Eric
