Hi guys, the 2009 Glide-A-Fair is set for the 22nd and 23rd of August. It is held not too far from Lismore Northern NSW near Alstonville. Moldies, woodies, gas bags, 2m, 3 channel all can have an enjoyable weekend. Some of you went last year and it would be great to have you there again. Always the opportunity to explore Ezza's slope world down that way afterwards!  I will post more details when they come from the Lismore guys. Brian |

Entry Fee: Open Thermal or RES Glider $15.00

Saturday, 22nd
9:30am Pilot Briefing
10:00am Flying Starts Open Thermal Glider
Finish around approx. 4pm
Refreshments at Eltham Pub
7:30pm Dinner at Pioneer Tavern Bistro Wollongbar
Sunday, 23rd
9.00am Pilot Briefing
9.15am Flying Starts Open Thermal Glider 2.00pm Trophy Presentations
Refreshments at Eltham Pub
Open Thermal Glider including / RES
Any glider may enter and attempt a 10 minute thermal flight in 12 minutes working time.
Group scoring will be used and the best flight each heat will be awarded 1,000 points. Other fliers in each heat will be graded against the best performer. Measured Spot Landings.
We will attempt to run as many rounds as possible. If 6 or more rounds are actually completed the worst round score for each competitor will be dropped.
Note: 2 RES will be flown within the separately if numbers permit
Bring your hat, block out cream, aero guard, beach umbrella or canopy (there is Some Limited tree shade), Stop Watch, and Tx key for Silvertone Keyboard and friendly attitude.

Can't wait Brian. Are we sticking with 10 minute rounds or mixing it up again?
Hope we can get some sloping afterwards, as long as the weather co-operates.
