Hi all...
The DLG Fun Day Comp will now be on Sunday the 11 October at 10 am at Bracken Ridge. We have made it a Bungee- Dlg day so now you can fly you big thermal planes and your dlg's on the same day.
On the day we will have 2 high start bungee's for everyone to use.
So If you going to attend can you please pm me.
Cheers Garth

Sorry that I can't be there guys. Will be strutting my stuff in Sydney this weekend. Hope the winds hold off for you....if not, take your thermal ships for a bungee. Cheers.

Garth, The "Tingalpa Model Aero Club" is just around the corner from Carindale. If you fly near there it would be advisable for everyone to only use 2.4GHz equipment. Attachments:

For what it is worth ........ there are some playing fields on Boundary Rd. at Whites Hill where myself and others fly from time to time. The playing fields are in use for sports most weekends but free during the week. I wouldn't attempt to fly power there, but small electric and DLG is accepted. Attachments:
