Ok, I am begining to surcome to calls from my past, and I may make a return to sloping...... For those of you who don't know, I grew up in Yeppoon, where I flew on really good slopes, pretty much everyday for 6 years. But haven't flown slope now for nearly 8 years I had flown just about every type of 'slope model available during that time, including some really nice combat wings form the 'TIPAN', 'ZAGI' 'JAZZ' range. None of these seem to exist anymore, and I have tried the windrider bee, but it doesn't 'do it' for me. Can anyone please tell me what are the best performing "COMBAT" wings these days, and where I can get one from. I want to get something so I can drag the Bundy boys up to Yeppoon for a weekends flying, to see if I get BITTEN again. Cheers, Dale

Cheers, Dale Hey Dale, I don't have much advice on the combat wings(although I have witnessed the Wowings Ducks and they looked good), but if you fly your Europhia at the slope, I'm sure the bug will bite you............hard. Those things look like perfect, high performance, slope toys. Eric

Hi Dale,
Canterbury Sailplanes has a Jazz combat wing, not sure if it is the same as you would have flown though.
Nigel.

hi dale for combat you can't go past a duck by wowings on the sunshine coast, we fly them here all the time and give them a floging, if you want something a little faster try a skua or the s15 www.wowings.comregards nick
