With 40-odd pages of stuff since April last year, it's time to wipe the slate clean and clean out this thread! Let's kick things off afresh.
Here's to many more flying stories ....

had some brilliant flying with the fling this morning at the local footy field.....got it all trimmed out then straight up on the bungee for some short flights and even managed to get some minor thermals tacking backward and forward over the sheds and carpark.best part was on coming to land i came in over the trees and noticed that the fling got some hefty lift all of the sudden? after a bit of thought i moved the bungee to near the base of the treeline and after a couple of failed attempts manged to get on the windward side of the trees and spent a good 30mins sloping the treeline in very bumpy but sustainable flight! good way to spend a morning (gotta love h'days ;D)

I'm getting a little hooked on this local park flying, its a relaxing way to spend an hour or so at the local park. Just have to finish building my Sidewinder II DLG.

yeah know what you mean vanders.after a 2minute drive to the park,vs 1hr for the slope, and the lack of slope induced damage (did land in a tree though trying to slope them lol) i reckon i'll be doing more and more parkflying.good fun!

Hi Felix. If you are interested I have a Swift2 still in the box made by Liftworx for sale . I am so happy with the Micro that I don't need another lightwind flyer. www.liftworx.com/Nigel

Hi Felix, They say a FMA M5 receiver is the one to use as there are special pockets. I used a Hitec mini reciever in the Micro and it needed modding but it fitted fine. The plane comes with 2 servos and 2 non rechargable batteries and I would like $170.

$170 is very reasonable nige! will flatter the better half (....actually REALLY flatter her after buying an electric parkflyer yesterday!!!) and see if she'll release the purse strings ;D
