Great pics and well done knoxy. That 3rd pic looks like you’re about to be crushed by a light aircraft Andrew lol.

Still looks scary flying a moldie in the rough, but you've obviously got the placements worked out. They phone pics seem perfect for forum posting. Look good!

I wouldn't exactly call SC glider friendly, Andrew just has more guts than most of us & more experience in repairing carbon & glass. I can get myself in enough trouble with foam let alone a crunchy.

Well .... me too. I can get myself in strife with a foamie. I still haven't got my Ozprey foamie back in the air after it had a swim at SC 2 weeks ago. Shorted out and fried the battery pack. Have to make a new fuse/ nose, and might as well re-cover the wing with new film while I'm at it. Guts? no, just a bit silly I think. Experience in repairs Very much still a novice, but improving - my Nemesis is back looking like new again and it was certainly easier this time. But thanks for the compliments! I think you can have fun flying a foamie with 80% concentration at SC, but you fly a big moldie with 101% concentration, and you make sure you land it right on the spot or you go around again. But the moldies do stay up so well and fly such a positive line that it's really not that hard.
