I found a Aermacchi neatly piled in the bush at St helena. Poor thing had met a violent end judging from the amount of pieces(about 10 pieces). Funny thing was that the wings were not damaged at all apart from both being ripped from the fuse. So back to the workshop and put it back together with lots of epoxy and a bit of tape and it was back in the air again. Flew ok but I had a PC9 which is similar so I dismembered for it's second time. I cut the wings and swept them forward to a similar line as my Osprey, shortened the ailerons, made a new fuse out of the old canopy(the Aermacchi fuse is huge), sunk the servos, guesed the CG and off to the slope. Well it flew, wind was horibly gusty but it flew! I have since balanced it a bit and am still tweeking but it is fast and I'm really pleased for a freebie. My PC9 should be scared Nigel

Hey Felix I could throw the PC9 off a cliff after showing it a map of your local area and see what happens. I don,t fancy your chances though.
Are you coming down with the others?
