yer that would be the ARF plane kit price and then you will have to add your electrics and servos and stuff like that but it comes with all the acceries like horms and stuff like that i would say so ae.....i will be getting the High Aspect 3.1m glider from them when i get my ozpry up in the air and my reaper up in the air before i start saving up for it......if you decide on getting one of these planes and when i get mine we will have to meet up and have a little thermal comp :Djust you and me to start with and then if Andrew and Sean rock up we could battle it out ae
Sounds like fun to me ;D

Hi Chris I am going to do a bit more research and I will let you know how I go. There is a lot to choose from and I like a quick fix.

I've never seen an Art Hobby model in real life, but they look like they'd fly well and the prices seem like a bargain. I've read some positive comments on their planes on RCG too. Shipping might be costly for the bigger models though.
Nige, as far as I can tell the price shown is for the airframe only (plus horns etc).

I have seen 4 or 5 Arthobby planes built here in SE qld. All flew well with good reports on the value of the kits. I have a AH Serenity 2.5m E in the shed - long build list Very nice work on the fuz and sheeted panels. Fuz is for me a little overbuilt and heavy but the Americans have been asking for stronger Fuz's and that equals weight. RCgroupshave a lot of build threads that will give you an insight into the work involved in putting a model together. a good starting point.... www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=891073cheers jeff
