C.G is 14 to 14.5 inches....that's measuring along the wing edge from the nose tip, marking and drawing a line between the two marks...I have heard on RC that it is 8.5 inch from the tip straight back. After a couple of test throws yesterday (due to lack of wind) found that the 14 - 14.5 inch was actually not enough...reduced my weight by at least 20g...test flight will tell... Have you considered trying to fly the aircraft without a CG fitted? It might go better. Seriously, I'll try and get out this afternoon to look at this. It's looking quite strong but might be a little southerly.

Well..took the new BeEvolution for a test flight today at about 1.30pm at SC....here where the conditions..
Dir Speedkm/h Gustkm/h Speedknots Gustknots SSE 39 46 21 25
what can I say...fantastic!!!!!....went like a rocket..got buffered around quite a bit with the strong winds, but easily controllable and alot of fun. Hardest part was slowing it down to land, but pulled it off without incident...weight consists of a 1600ma battery and about 10-12g of lead and that's it.. Worth the wait I can assure you. ;D

Any pics Mike? I had a brain fade when I started mine the other day, I gooped the wings together first before I put the spars in, then when I went to put the first spar in (closest to TE) I cut a little too deep & have almost amputated the last 50mm on one side. Nothing a little goop won't fix.
