I've cracked the username and password!!!!!!!!! All posts now should have the correct time zone. I have set-up Google Analytics and the website seems to be getting a good amount of unique visitors. The best part is that they seem to be viewing a lot of pages. Lets hope that this brings more people to the forum. Gerard

Hey Gerard, new home page appearance is very impressive. Thanks. I'm trying to recommend others to check it out! We should get those Maleny guys to get onto it somehow. Maybe if Greg gave us a club mailing list we could phone or post a letter to them to tell them about it?

Thanks Andrew. I was thinking of going up and making a visit to the guys at Maleny, may be next Sunday?
I've got the following week off e.g. holidays. I was talking to Sean yesterday about going up to Maleny sometime during the week. He is keen to go, let me know if your interested too - what day is best for you?

yes, the homepage looks very good A suggestion though - can you put a link to the homepage (rather than the forum home) at the top of this forum or somewhere? Once your in the forum, I can't see any way of getting back to the webpage.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can't change the home button link but I have added the Windsock banner on the top of the page. Click the banner and you will return to the Windsock website.

Gerard, I'd love to but next week probably won't be any good for me. Andrew.

Gerard, the photos are really great. You have a good camera and obviously know how to use it! I like the one of Sean's Bat in front of Mt Beerwah.
Hey I'm a bit offended that you chose to name those latest photos "Drongo - Andrew". You don't have to tell everyone that you think I'm a Drongo.
(Jes kiddin!)

Thanks Andrew, it's hard to get good close up shots. I now use manual focus. The planes move to quick and with auto focus the camera keeps trying to re-focus.
On the name calling - I wonder why your plane is called a Drongo? There must be a story behind the it, be good to find out.

Hi all,
The forum is up and running again. I have noticed that now and then it goes down - beyond my control.

Gawd my wing looks crappy in that pic Not to mention totally outclassed by the other flying machines out there. Despite seeing all those other planes I think a weasel is most likely my next purchase.

Gerard, a minor suggestion - some of the photos open in new windows, some in the existing one. Can lead to accidental closing of everything when the behaviour changes! Will probably need to start organising/sorting photos sometime too?? Don't get me wrong - these are just suggestions for what is already a good site.
