With 69 pages of flying plans and chat since April last year, it was time to kick this thread off afresh again! I hope nobody has lost any critical information!
Here's to many more flying plans. Let's go!

I'll kick off by saying I'm going to a thermal competition on Saturday! Never been to anything like that before, but Jirvin has encouraged me that since I now have a Fazer I should try it out! The winch launching sounds scary but Ken (who's an old hand) has decided to come along and help too. As usual, I expect to make a fool of myself but hey, who cares!

It looks like strong SE'erly winds for Sunday, maybe Saturday afternoon. Should be good for Elliott Heads, if anybody happens to be in the neighbourhood Seriously, though, if anybody is travelling the Bruce Highway this long weekend, you're welcome to PM me.

I'd really like to do that, but I can't. SE winds at EH are good, but it'd be nice to see that favourite slope you lot are always flying at. More to the point, it'd be nice to be where you lot are flying. (Mt Mee, SC or WP?) But I simply can't afford it. Oh well, post some reports and pics of how things were, and I'll do the same.

Where is the wind? It's was supposed to be 25 knots today and we could barely fly at SC.

It looked like the windy change came through about sunset for your area. Is that right? A bit late to do you any good. But how is the wind today?
It's lovely here in Bundy. Nice and windy, SE, and not raining!
